The Teen Advisory Council (TAC) is a group of highly driven and motivated teens, representing various counties throughout Georgia, who desire to make a difference in the lives of their peers while learning valuable leadership and life skills. TAC members focus on the prevention of prescription drug misuse/abuse, heroin, and meth use. Council members serve as peer leaders and act as ambassadors for the Georgia Prevention Project. The role of the Teen Advisory Council is to represent youth voice and facilitate teen volunteerism and community outreach! If you are a GA teen, in grades 6 - 12, and want to start a TAC at your school it's not too late to get involved! Message us at TAC@georgiapreventionproject.org and let's get started!
