Celebrating and Honoring Black History Month
February is a time to honor and celebrate the rich history, culture, and contributions of Black leaders, advocates, and communities who have shaped our nation and continue to inspire progress today. Black History Month invites us not only to reflect on the past, but also to recognize the ongoing impact of equity, resilience, and community leadership.
At the Georgia Prevention Project, we acknowledge the vital role Black communities play in advancing prevention, wellness, and recovery efforts across Georgia. We remain committed to supporting inclusive spaces where every voice is valued and where health, safety, and opportunity are accessible to all.
