    Founder and Board Chair of GPP and co-founder of the Georgia Meth Project, the original parent of GPP.

  • Dr. Amanda Abraham

    Associate Professor of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia. Amanda currently serves as Principal Investigator on numerous federal study grants related to substance use disorders and programs.

  • Dr. Brian McGregor

    Founder of McGregor Research & Consulting, LLC which offers consultation and evaluation services with a focus on educational, health, and criminal justice initiatives.

  • Davis Vaughn

    Therapist in private practice at Parkaire Consultants in Cobb County. Davis works with children to young adults struggling with a range of symptoms and diagnoses.

  • Tim Gunter

    President and Chief Executive Officer of Core5, a leading developer of industrial properties. Tim is formerly a Board member of the Georgia Meth Project.

  • Logan Collins

    Logan Collins is a soon-to-be graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she will be graduating with her B.A in Anthropology. Logan has been Georgia Southern’s student liaison for the College Partnership for Prevention (CPP) under the Georgia Prevention Project for three years.

  • William J. "Billy" Ching

    William J. is a highly regarded attorney recognized by Best Lawyers for his work in Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, and Venture Capital Law. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has been honored by Best Lawyers since 2019—an accolade driven by a rigorous peer-review process that reflects the respect and confidence he has earned among fellow attorneys in his field. William is a graduate of Duke University.

  • Kaitlin Burkly

    Kaitlin is the Executive Director for the Georgia Prevention Project. She has developed and managed prevention programming and grants for GPP since 2016. Kaitlin received her accreditation as a Certified Preventionist by the Prevention Credentialing Consortium of Georgia (PCCG) in 2017. She provides oversight of all GPP programming, and is also a national speaker on topics around prevention in schools and peer-to-peer education. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and earned her MSW from Georgia State University.

Matthew Brown

Matthew Brown, R.N. serves as a nurse with Atrium Health in North Carolina. A graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, Matthew began his leadership journey as President of GPP’s Kennesaw Teen Advisory Council at Kennesaw Mountain High School. In recognition of his impact and commitment to youth development, he was honored with the 2019 Georgia Afterschool and Youth Development “Rising Star” Award.
